W-2 Form Replacement

Tax Changes For 2007

The Amount of each Federal exemption has increased from $3,300 to $3,400 per year.

The base for Social Security withholding has increased from $94,200 to $97,500.

Reminder: Claiming Exempt Withholding Status

New Federal Forms W-4 must be completed and received in the University Office of Human Resource Services by February 8th, 2008 to ensure the continuation of your exempt tax withholding status.

If your 2008 forms are not received in the University Office of Human Resource Services by February 8th, your tax withholding status will be changed to "single" with zero exemptions. This change is required by IRS regulations and will remain in place until you submit new forms. Tax refunds will not be made. Forms are available for downloading from the F&A Forms web page.
