What is the Journal Upload Process?
The journal upload process is a way to import large journals. This upload process is recommended for journals that contain six lines or more.
Procedures
There are several resources for the journal upload process (spreadsheet journal import) on the UF HR Toolkit – Journal Entry.
The below files will need to be downloaded and saved in the same folder on the computer. It is recommended to create a folder on your desktop and save all the files in this folder.

General Ledger (Actuals) Journal Upload Workbook and Macros (Extract zip file which contains the Workbook and required Macro sheets)
